-This all MUST be done on a separate sheet of loose leaf paper and turned in tomorrow 10/10 NO LATER THAN 7:30 AM, unless you are a bus rider. Include your name and date at the top of the paper. If stated on your test corrections are REQUIRED. If not state you do not have to do them, but still have the opportunity to if you choose to.

2) Write down the CORRECT answer
3) Explain why it is the correct answer using COMPLETE SENTENCES!
4) Staple to the FRONT of your original test.
5) Put it in the 5th Grade turn-it in bin in Ms. Gillen’s room.

Example:
True or False: Peeling an orange is an example of a chemical change?

False. Peeling an orange is an example of a physical change because you are changing the appearance of the substance, you are not changing the substance into a new state of matter.
