This is my 26th year at St. Cyril, but I am proud to say that I ‘ve been in education for 40 years. Currently, I am the 2nd grade Mathematics, Science and Social Studies instructor. I also teach religion and handwriting to my homeroom class. I serve as secretary to the Curriculum Committee at St. Cyril, co-chair the Ecology Club, assist with editing for the school newspaper, and have been a sacramental trainer for over 18 years.
About me: I grew up in Park Ridge, Illinois, and attended St. Paul of the Cross grade school, Mary Seat of Wisdom grade school, Regina H.S., Maine East Township H.S., and Maine South Township H.S.
I am married, with two grown daughters, and live with my husband of 45 years and four rescue dogs and cats. I spend a great deal of time on fundraising and finding adoptive homes for abused animals. In addition to animal rescue, I am a life-line contact for the University of Chicago Hospital, and belong to a team called “In the Pink”. “In the Pink” sponsors events to help fund research for The American Cancer Society. I love teaching, reading, boating, and dinosaurs !!!!!!!!!!
